    Billing Date Transition Notice


    Dear Valued Customer,

    In order to improve customer service, Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc. is simplifying the billing process. Beginning with your November 2019 bill, all payments will be due on the first day of the month, effective December 1, 2019.

    Customers with automatic bank drafts will have their account debited on the first business day after the bill due date.
