Mission Statement: Be a premier Water and Wastewater Utility company dedicated to helping members and dependably serving and actively protecting a life sustaining resource, your water.

Vision: To provide members, with water, wastewater treatment, and other public services as outlined in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws. Expansion and upgrading of services will be undertaken, as required, to satisfy the growing needs of the community. Services rates will remain as low as possible while offering quality service and ensuring that all the organization’s obligations are met.
