To begin your application, follow this link: HNWS Service Agreement
- Enter your first and last name as well as your email address.
- You may enter the information of a second member if you wish to add a second member to your account.
Within the application:
- Complete all information that applies to the service you are setting up.
- Select the checkbox next to the type of service that you are setting up.
- Select the checkbox for e-statements if you wish to receive your bill via email.
- Print and sign your name and date the application.
***If there is a second member on the application, the secondary SSN and Driver's License fields must be completed.
- Upload the following documents using the attachment fields (located next to the signature lines):
- Picture of valid Driver's License (for any member listed on the application
- Lease agreement or proof of ownership
- If you would like to waive the account deposits, please fill out the last page (ACH / Bank Draft Agreement)
- Once you have completed and submitted the application, contact the office at 850-939-2427 to finalize the application.
